The Mag-Bind® oligonucleotide purification kit is designed for the purification of small size DNA fragments (larger than 10 bp) with a 60 to 70% recovery rate. By using the highly efficient binding ability of Mag-Bind® technology, oligonucleotides are selectively bound to the surface of Mag-Bind® particles. Salts and other impurities are washed away with two quick wash steps. Purified oligouncleotide are eluted with deionised water or Elution Buffer and ready for downstream applications.
