  • Helps in controlling porosity

A 2 μm porosity frit is recommended for retention of 5 to 20 μm packing material and 0,5 μm porosity frit is recommended for 3 to 4 μm packing materials.

Stainless steel with encapsulated PEEK used to prevent sample and eluent from entering dead volume space between the end fitting and also with the top of the column. This results in improved peak symmetry with 1,0 to 3,2 mm Int.Ø columns.
