It is a complete, ready to pumping systems with a pillar desig used for the production of high vacuum using oil diffusion principles.

  • Optimum composition of components
  • High pumping speed and ultimate pressure (with silicone oil XT 704) 1×10⁻⁶ mbar
  • Oil vapour back flow at 10⁻⁴ mbar 2×10⁻⁴ mg × cm⁻² × min⁻¹
  • Low cooling water consumption, cooling water connection with hose nozzles 2× DN 10
  • Type DP/DM water cooling, with manual valve operation
  • Type DP/DP water cooling, with pneumatic valve operation

Contains oil diffusion pump, rotary vane backing pump, backing pressure gauge PIA 1,2, high vacuum valve, backing/roughing valve, baseplate, pillar frame and all connections.

Delivery information: It is supplied with high vacuum gauge MRV 100 with PEN 101 measuring sensor additionally.
