Transfection Reagents
The FectoPRO® Transfection Kit is specifically designed for enhanced Transient Gene Expression (TGE) in suspension CHO and HEK-293 cells in various serum-free media, using low DNA amount (<1 μg/ml of cell culture).

Since 1st of September 2021 Polyplus-Tranfection changed product part numbers. Products are remaining the same and the change is only related to the product part number.
New product part numbers have symbol “New”. For duplicated products with symbol “telephone” please be informed that it’s the same product but with previous part number which we will only offer till the end of stock.

Certifications: Polyplus-transfection® has been an ISO 9001 accredited company since 2002. Since then this certification has been successfully renewed every three years.

FectoPRO® is guaranteed free of animal-origin components, and is chemically defined. Systematic lot management and release testing is performed for each lot produced. Furthermore FectoPRO® transfection kit undergoes advanced quality controls: protein productivity, cell viability, and complete sterility.

Delivery information: Each kit contains equal parts FectoPRO™ Reagent and FectoPRO™ Booster. FectoPRO™ Booster is also available separately.
