Desiccators Desiccator Cabinets
These compact, high-quality vacuum desiccators with clear or amber (UV blocking) polycarbonate maintain a vacuum and stay gastight allowing reliable dry storage or experiments over extended periods.

  • Able to maintain 29 inches Hg vacuum for over 72 hours at room temperature

  • Removable perforated shelves accommodate various storage needs

The desiccator cabinets have an analogue vacuum gauge on the front door which allows the vacuum level to be checked at a glance. Amber tinted UV blocking models block 100% of UVA, B, and C light to minimise damage or discolouration of light-sensitive samples. The hinged door enables easy access, built in locking tabs secure the door when not under vacuum. It can be used with any vacuum with free air capacity of 1,5 cubic feet per minute (CFM) ft or greater.

Ordering information: Additional shelves, built-in ports (which permit attachment of up to three additional valves) and desiccant tray are available as optional accessories on request.
