PTFE covered elliptical magnetic stirring bars, except the three smallest sizes which have a cylindrical magnet in an egg-shaped PTFE coating. These elliptical stirring bars, designed especially for use in round-bottom vessels, spin unrestricted by the vessel contour. Autoclavable.

  • Very good chemical resistance
  • Provide their own pivot point without a separate ring or abrupt change in contour
  • Offer minimal contact when used in plastic containers
