Gloves
These hand-specific nitrile gloves are manufactured from a synthetic copolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene and methylacrylic acid, that provides reliable, durable and comfortable hand protection during demanding cleanroom applications.

  • Yield exceptionally low particle counts; Grade A; Endotoxin <20 EU/glove
  • Micro textured surface for enhanced grip on components
  • Tapered, beaded cuff provides secure fit
  • Static-dissipative to inhibit harmful static discharge
  • Sterilisation by gamma irradiation to SAL 10⁻⁶
  • Contain no natural rubber latex
  • Silicone-free material minimises ionic contaminants and Non Volatile Residue (NVR) transfer
  • Non staining, non smudging: Reduces the risk of contamination to parts or components being handled by the user, even during prolonged wear

The gloves exhibit high tensile strength, and strong permeation resistance against a wide variety of solvents, acids and bases.

Suitable for use in Class 100, ISO 5, M3.5 or higher cleanrooms.

Quality tested according to ASTM, FTMS and IEST standards.

Certifications: EN ISO 374-1:2016 Type B (JKPT), EN ISO 374-5:2016; ASTM6978-05, Cat. III; AQL 1,5.

Packaging: 1 pair per pack, 10 packs per intermediate bag, 5 intermediate bags per master bag, 4 master bags per case. Gloves are double-bagged in sealed polyethylene cleanroom bags. Each carton is double-walled. IPA resistant ink is used on bags and carton labels.
