Fluorescently labeled RNAi duplexes ideal for in vitro or in vivo tracking.

  • Easily visualise transfected cells and assess delivery efficiency using fluorescent microscopy
  • Does not target any known mammalian genes or cause off-target effects
  • Suitable for co-delivery experiments with functional siRNA

The Label IT® RNAi Delivery Controls consist of either Cy®3 or fluorescein labeled RNA duplex that has the same length, charge and configuration as standard siRNA. These controls are designed to facilitate assessment of delivery efficiency of dsRNA oligonucleotides in both in vitro and in vivo applications.

Delivery information: Supplied as a ready to use 10 µM stock with a 10X RNAi dilution buffer.
