TransIT®-EE offers an enhanced expression in vivo delivery solution that delivers DNA to the livers of laboratory mice using hydrodynamic tail vein injection.

  • Achieves increased levels of gene expression than compared to other delivery systems and solutions, polylysine and PEI methods
  • Suitable for DNA delivery using hydrodynamic tail vein injection to the mouse strain of your choice

Delivery information: Each starter kit contains the TransIT®-EE delivery solution, 10 syringes, needles and alcohol swabs, and a conical plastic tube to restrain the mouse while tail vein injection is performed. The TransIT®-EE delivery solution is also available separately.
