The reusable GL 45 caps allow DURAN® GL 45 lab bottles 100 ml or larger to be used be used for sampling, liquid feeding, or transfer.

  • GL 45 caps fit all DURAN® GL 45 laboratory bottles
  • Flexibility with connectors for internal drop tubes
  • Reliable leak-resistant sealing with fluoroelastomer O-Rings
  • High temperature resistance (up to 180 °C)

The reusable GL 45 caps fit all DURAN® GL 45 glass lab bottles, and provide the option of connecting 2, 3, 4, or 5 tubes to the bottle. The barbed stainless steel tubing connectors (4,2 mm diameter) are suitable for 3,2 mm (¹/₈") inner diameter flexible tubes, such as BPT peristaltic pump tubing.

The caps are ideal for small-scale bioprocess applications such as sample collection, bioreactors feeds, buffer and media addition, peristaltic pumping of fluids, perfusion circuit for cell culture, use in a chemistry micro-reactor, or for the oxygenation (aeration) of samples.

All components are chemically resistant and autoclavable at 121 °C for 15 minutes.
