Higher dosing and dispensing accuracy are key in particular bioprocess applications. The Masterflex® L/S® double-Y pump tubing used in conjunction with the Masterflex Ultrapharm™ pump head, part of the Masterflex® line of products, is specifically designed to fit into the fill/finish step. Utilizing offset rollers and proprietary Masterflex® double-y tube sets, the Masterflex Ultrapharm™ pump head produces a gentle, low pulsation, and highly accurate dosing and flow to ensure the greatest product integrity and uniformity.

Characteristics: Heat weldable, exceptional tensile and tear strength, good biocompatibility, low gas permeability, smooth surface, translucent clear to light white

Choose our Puri-Flex® tubing for low spallation, low protein binding, and long tubing life. Ideal for cell and tissue culture work and pharmaceutical biotech, this tubing meets USP Class VI and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and 177.1810 compliance standards. Puri-Flex® tubing has a working temperature range of –58 to 275 °F (–50 to 135 °C). Tubing can be sterilized by autoclave up to 275 °F (135 °C), ethylene oxide, or gamma radiation up to 4.5 Mrad.

Based on your application needs, choose Precision tubing or High-Performance precision tubing. High-Performance precision tubing has a thicker wall that improves pressure generation suction lift and the ability to pump viscous fluids.
