The Avantor Magnetic Mixing System is a robust, flexible, high-quality, expert designed solution for single use mixing needs.

  • Intuitive software: Controlled by a user-friendly software program that runs on a 7" colour touchscreen display. This software allows users to save mixing profiles and customise their mixing settings
  • Integrated loadcell: The system can have an integrated loadcell option that measures the weight of the vessel and contents, providing accurate feedback on the mixing process
  • Temperature controlled jacket: The system has a temperature controlled jacket option that ensures a constant temperature within the mixing chamber is maintained
  • Sturdy stainless steel frame: Built on a stainless steel frame with locking, cleanroom friendly casters making it easy to move and position within any bioprocessing workflow
  • Door windows: The system access door has viewing windows that allow users to visually observe product levels within the mixing chamber as well as visually inspect the vessel contents during the mixing process

The Magnetic Mixing Bag offers a sterile, single-use mixing container designed to maximise mixing performance while minimising disruptive shear. The 5-bladed impeller is floating freely due to magnetic forces minimising risk of particle generation and ensuring a safe and homogenous mixing of product. Avantor's magnetic mixing bags come in standard designs ranging from 50 to 1500 L or Avantor's experienced team of engineers can help you design specialised custom solutions tailored to your unique bioprocessing mixing needs.
