Ultrasonic Baths
The housing and tank are constructed from high-quality SUS 304 stainless steel, providing durability and longevity. Equipped with user-friendly interface display which offers intuitive function selection and real-time parameter setting. Units also feature intelligent detection on startup, promptly alerting users to any potential issues via buzzer and alarm. Additionally, they continuously monitor the power supply voltage in real-time to ensure optimal operating conditions. The automatic heating stirring function ensures uniform liquid temperature throughout the tank. The anti-leakage tray prevents damage to electrical components and avoids the risk of hazard in case of leakage.

  • Various ultrasonic modes (soft/strong/frequency sweep) can be easily combined as necessary
  • Standalone degassing function with soft/strong/frequency sweep modes
  • Automatic heating stirring function
  • Real-time working parameters are automatically stored
  • Empty-tank heating protection automatically prevents instrument damage caused by human error

Normal mode operates at a fixed ultrasonic frequency. Sweep mode operates with varying frequency providing efficient and low blind zone cleaning performance. Degassing mode quickly removes air from newly added cleaning solution to improve efficiency. Pulse mode uses intermittent ultrasonic operation to create pulsating washing action in the tank, effectively removing stubborn dirt.

Ultrasonic bath VWRI142-0168: This model has a timer from 1 to 199 minutes.

Ultrasonic bath VWRI142-0169: This model has a timer 1 to 199 minutes and a heater with 3 temperature points 45, 50 and 60 °C.

Ultrasonic baths VWRI142-0170; VWRI142-0172; VWRI142-0174; VWRI142-0176; VWRI142-0178; VWRI142-0180: These units have a timer 1 to 199 minutes, degas and sweep mode.

Ultrasonic baths VWRI142-0171; VWRI142-0173; VWRI142-0175; VWRI142-0177; VWRI142-0179; VWRI142-0181: These units have a timer 1 to 199 minutes, degas, sweep mode, and a heater with three temperature points 45, 50 and 80 °C.

Ultrasonic baths VWRI142-0182; VWRI142-0184; VWRI142-0186; VWRI142-0188; VWRI142-0190; VWRI142-0192: These models have a timer 1 to 99 minutes, degas, sweep and pulse mode.

Ultrasonic baths VWRI142-0183; VWRI142-0185; VWRI142-0187; VWRI142-0189; VWRI142-0191; VWRI142-0193: These models have a timer 1 to 99 minutes, degas, sweep, pulse mode, and a heater with temperature variable 20 to ~80 °C.
