Pumps Pump Drives Peristaltic Pump Drives
Models PD 5101 and PD 5106 for high requirements. Peristaltic pumps are ideal for transporting and metering aggressive, abrasive, or corrosive solutions, and also for sterile media under low pressure. The medium to be transported only comes into contact with the tube, so there is no contamination. Suitable for transporting high-viscosity media, up to 10,000 mPas. The pumps are self-priming, without seals or valves. Can be used in the food industry for filtering and separating, in water treatment, biotechnology, and for routine laboratory applications. Pumping under pressure and vacuum possible. Maintenance-free motors ensure long service life.

  • Analogue control provided for speed, rotation direction, and start/stop
  • Electronic speed control
  • Control accuracy ±0,5%
  • Pump drive has analogue interface for 0 to 10 V or 4 to 20 mA
  • Reversible rotation (left/right)
  • Maximum speed button accelerates tube filling and emptying
  • Housings are stackable (max. three pump drives)
  • Protection class IP 55 (protection against hose water compliant with DIN 40050)

Rated flow with single channel pump heads from 0,3 to 729 ml/min/Rated flow with multichannel pump heads from 0,005 to 336 ml/min

Can be fitted with 2 pump heads; SP quick and SP quick d in combination
Multi-channel pump drive incl. multi-channel adapter. Can be equipped with C4, C8 und C12 multi-channel pump heads (please order pump heads separately)

Model PD 5106:
Rated flow 1,6 to 3644 ml/min
Speed range 24 to 600 min⁻¹
Speed control: Digital controller with feedback
Speed setting: Scale
Pump drive is not suitable for multi-channel pump heads or the SP quick d pump head
