Lights Cold Light Sources
These LED cold light sources, for eco-friendly PURAVIS® light guides, are driven by a multiple LED module and provide a powerful illumination system for all modern stereo microscopes to illuminate all types of objects in industrial and life science applications.

  • Ecological lead-free fibre optics light guides for more visible and purer images
  • Filter slider with two positions - filter remains in the light source even when not in use
  • Compact housing with built-in handle and iron ballast for stability when used with gooseneck light guides
  • Long lifetime of at least 50000 H

KL1600 LED: Standard cold light source, with a brightness of 680 lm, is equivalent to a 150 W halogen lamp. Due to its slim design, the KL 1600 LED can be placed close to a microscope. With continuous dimming.

KL2500 LED: Advanced cold light source, with a brightness of 1100 lm, is equivalent to a 250 W halogen lamp. Controllable via USB. Intensity control with extra fine dimming at three sensitivities (fine, standard and coarse tuning). Electronic shutter function. LCD indicates brightness setting, operation mode, or error code. Powerful illumination system for the requirements of state-of-the-art, high-end stereo microscopes.
