Supplier: VWR Chemicals
Description: Agarose high resolution (HR) has melting, max. 90 °C, and gelling temperatures (32,5 to 38 °C), but differs from traditional low melting point molecular biology grade agaroses in the gel separation range. Using this agarose in electrophoresis allows fine and consistent resolution of nucleic acids below 1000 base pairs, which differ by only a few base pairs. The properties of Agarose HR allow consistent gel separations (analytical and preparative) and performance of in-vitro translation and transcription mapping, as well as in-vivo ligation and transformation. For analytical gel separation of DNA/RNA below 1000 base pairs, where a higher gel strength for ease of manipulation is required, we recommend the use of Agarose, high resolution, Electran (43655).
Supplier: HICHROM GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY
Description: Unique selectivity for the separation of enantiomers. Useful for the analysis of chiral compounds in fragrances, pesticides and pharmaceuticals in which the determination of the ratio of enantiomers in a sample is necessary.
Supplier: LABCONCO
Description: Combine the separate concentrator and cold trap components into one space-saving console and include casters for portability from laboratory to laboratory. A 12 to 17 mm rotor and solvent trap are also included. The interior can accommodate a vacuum pump - the only additional component necessary to begin processing.

Supplier: HICHROM SELF MANUFACTURED
Description: Avantor® ACE® CN-ES combines CN polar selectivity with enhanced hydrophobicity, enabling the benefits of both interactions to be fully exploited. Extra phase stability and increased column lifetime is provided by an extended alkyl chain spacer between the silica surface and cyano group. Avantor® ACE® CN-ES is suitable for both reversed phase and normal phase separations.
Catalog Number: (M256-500ML)

Supplier: VWR Chemicals
Description: NEXT GEL® is a ready to pour pre-mixed solution of acrylamide, bis-acrylamide, gel buffer, and SDS that enables superior, ultra-fine resolution of protein bands. The unique acrylamide matrix slows the migration of proteins, eliminating the need for a stacking gel. This not only saves time, but also allows the proteins to run across a longer gel surface resulting in increased resolution. The proprietary chemistry has gradient-like properties, which enables the separation of small peptides and high molecular weight proteins in the same gel.
