DNA library preparation for sequencing on Illumina platforms can be slow, laborious and require extensive expertise. Library preparation kits can provide a convenient method to improve workflow ease and library quality, but many kits are limited in their requirements of input amount, type and applications. Here we present the sparQ DNA workflow for flexible, tunable library preparation which accepts a variety of input types, a wide input concentration range and can be used to generate libraries of various fragment sizes. The workflow is fast and simple, using mastermix components for minimal pipetting steps, giving PCR-free options and ensuring high quality, reproducible libraries every time.

In this webinar you will learn:

  • How to prepare DNA libraries for Illumina sequencing with the sparQ Frag and DNA Library Prep kits
  • How Quantabio can provide a complete workflow from sample extraction to library quantification
  • Case-study data of this kit applied to targeted sequencing for cancer genetics
